Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

14 ounces Gimme Lean Beef

14 ounces Gimme Lean Sausage

4 Egg Beaters -- (egg substitute)

(1 cup Egg Beaters)

1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1 1/2 cups vegetable broth

1 tablespoon salt

1 1/2 cups onion -- finely chopped

pepper -- to taste, to taste

cajun seasoning -- to taste

Tabasco Sauce -- to taste

 

Serving Size: 12

 

In large bowl combine Gimme Lean Products, Egg Beaters, bread crumbs, 1 1/2

cup broth, salt, and onion. Form into small meat balls, sauté in a sprayed

large sauté pan over medium heat, turning as necessary when evenly browned.

 

Comment: analysis does not include rice or pasta. Meatballs can be served

with pasta or used as appetizer with fat-free sauces. Just use your

imagination.
