Guest guest Posted October 11, 2001 Report Share Posted October 11, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Avocado Dressing Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : 101 Weekly Recipe Group 101Weekly Nuked by Karen Jason & Jessica Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cloves garlic -- crushed 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon salad herbs 1/2 teaspoon dry dill (optional) salt and pepper 3 drops tabasco sauce 1 small green capsicum 1 small red capsicum (with seeds) 2 sticks celery 2 large avocados 2 cups salad oil (olive oil is good) 1/3 cup tarragon vinegar 2 teaspoons malt vinegar Blend together garlic, sugar, mustard, salad herbs, dill, pepper, salt and tabasco sauce. Add chopped capsicums and celery. Add flesh of avocados. Blend thoroughly for a few seconds. Add half the oil and vinegar while machine is running, then add the rest of the oil and vinegar together. Carefully pour into jars and shake occasionally to distribute the mixture evenly.
