Uncle Ben's Grecian Wrap

 

Recipe By :Uncle Ben's Rice

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

6 flour tortillas

FILLING:

2 cups cooked rice -- see tip

2 ounces sliced black olives

2 ounces feta cheese -- crumbled

7 ounces marinated artichoke hearts -- drained and chopped

15 1/2 ounces canned white beans -- drained

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

2 Tablespoons dill weed -- fresh

 

1. Toss the filling ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.

 

2. Spoon 2 tablespoons of mixture onto tortilla. Roll tightly.

 

3. Cut in half and serve with fruit.

 

TIP - Tested with 2 bag(s) UNCLE BEN'S® Boil-In-Bag Rice, (1 cup size) cooked
