Ellen * Exported from MasterCook Mac * Millet with Cauliflower Recipe By : Quick & Natural Macrobiotic Ckbk, Aveline Kushi,Wendy Esko Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Whole Grains and Porridges Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 cups millet -- washed and drained 1 head cauliflower -- sliced in 2 " pieces - 3 1/2 cups 5 1/2 cups water 3 pinches sea salt Place the millet, cauliflower, water and salt in the pressure cooker. Cover and bring to pressure. Then place a flame deflector under the cooker and reduce the flame to medium-low. Pressure-cook over a medium-low flame for 15-20 minutes. Remove the cooker from heat and allow the pressure to come down by itself. Take the lid off, and let the millet site for 3-4 minutes.
