Macrobiotic: Home-Made Seitan comment

I forgot to add that it might be fun to try this as an experiment of sorts

- maybe a chemistry experiment?

 

Also, I have several seitan recipes in my mastercook files, and am never

sure what to use for a category. Ideas?
