Have you tried trader joe's mixed vegetable soup with leeks, zucchini and flax

seed? I wish they had more stores to distribute their stuff.

here's the list of ingredients from the product label. I looked thru my books

but did not find a recipe. looks like we could wing it ;-)

14-oz can; add 2 oz water to make 2 cups.

 

1 cup 110 cals, 6g fat, 3g fiber
