Guest guest Posted October 6, 2001 Report Share Posted October 6, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Lemon Aspen and Tofu Loaf with Red Bell Pepper Sauce Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : 101 Weekly Recipe Group 101Weekly Nuked by Karen Jason & Jessica Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Loaf: 500 grams hard tofu 1 bunch coriander salt & pepper to taste 150 grams almond meal 4 eggs 1 teaspoon lemon aspen Sauce: 4 roasted bell peppers (red) Capsicums 200 mls fresh cream juice of half a lemon Loaf: combine all ingredients in a food processor and place in well greased loaf tin. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 180C Sauce: Roast bell peppers in oven until the skin separates from flesh. Place red bell peppers in a food processor add lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste. Heat in a saucepan and add cream to finish. Pour over sliced loaf, just before serving. Or serve in separate jug. Source: " Serve.
