Guest guest Posted October 4, 2001 Report Share Posted October 4, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Macaroni Cheese Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : 101 Weekly 101Weekly Nuked by Karen Jason & Jessica Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 3/4 cups macaroni, 3oz butter, 1/4 cup flour, salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1 cup milk, 4oz cheese, can tomato soup, 4oz bacon, 1 onion, 1 small green pepper, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 2oz extra cheese Method: Cook macaroni till tender, drain, melt butter in pan remove from heat, stir in flour, salt, pepper, mustard, paprika, return to heat, cook 1 minute, add milk gradually, stir till boils and thickens, remove from heat, add grated cheese, tomato soup, mix well, heat sauce but not boil, remove rind from bacon and chop, peel onion and chop, seed pepper and chop, fry lightly and add to the sauce, mix thoroughly, add macaroni, place in greased casserole dish, sprinkle with extra cheese, bake uncovered in moderate oven 30 minutes. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 0 Calories; 0g Fat (0.0% calories from fat); 0g Protein; 0g Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 0mg Sodium.
