Guest guest
When I got up this morning, I noticed that the minestrone soup I'd sent yesterday came about 4 this morning, and while noticing that, another I posted yesterday - Lion's Head Soup - showed up! I realize my ISP is lousy, but a 24 hr delay! * Exported from MasterCook * Mushroom and Miso " Cappuccino " Recipe By :Dana Jacobi Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 cups chopped onions 1 large garlic clove -- sliced 4 ounces white mushrooms -- stemmed and sliced 2 ounces fresh shiitake mushrooms -- stemmed and sliced 1 teaspoon dried oregano 2 tablespoons barley miso Combine the onions, garlic, white mushrooms, and shiitakes in a large saucepan and add 4 cups water. The mushrooms contribute flavor and a creamy consistency to this lush soup. Sipped from a cup, it is like a savory cappucino. Nutr.
