Guest guest Posted October 1, 2001 Report Share Posted October 1, 2001 Blackberry Peach Cooler Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups Oregon blackberries -- fresh or frozen 1 12-ounce can peach nectar 2 teaspoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons sugar -- (3 to 4 tablespoons) 16 ounces crushed ice -- (approximate) Sparkling mineral water -- (optional) Crush/purée berries and strain through a fine sieve to yield approximately 1 cup purée. (If berries are frozen, partially thaw before crushing.) Combine purée with remaining ingredients, stir and pour into chilled glasses.
