Guest guest Posted October 1, 2001 Report Share Posted October 1, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Super Soy Sloppy Joes Recipe By : The Cooking Cardiologist, by Richard Collins, page 70 Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Sandwiches Soyfoods Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound Morningstar Farms Ground Meatless -- thawed 1 large onion -- chopped 1 large green pepper -- chopped 2 cloves garlic -- coarsely crushed 1/2 cup catsup 2 cans Campbell's Fiesta Tomato Soup salt and pepper -- to taste Serving Size: 8 In large sauce pan sauté onion, green pepper and garlic in small amount of water or a vegetable broth until tender, add Ground Meatless, catsup, Fiesta Tomato Soup, slowly simmer for 20-30 minutes. Add additional water or broth if it becomes to thick. Serve on your favorite kaiser or low fat whole grain bun.
