These are so good that I made them up last night....and then made up

another batch tonight. My husband really likes them. I am putting some

into bags and into the freezer. :)

Review by Brenda Adams 9/26/01 <badams007: I made a batch

of these yesterday and another batch today...trying to keep up with my

husband who keeps eating them up. These are full of good for you stuff and

they are moist and tasty. (Applesauce: I used a can -- 15 ounces -- that

one can made both batches of muffins exactly. 3/4c + 3/4 c.) Yield is

supposed to be 18 muffins, but both times I made them, I got 21 muffins.

Yummy.
