Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

2 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (The ones in

the red canister--make sure they haven't

added any actual buttermilk or anything :)

1/3 C beet sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 C hard margarine (e.g. Fleischmann's

Unsalted, Willow Run, Mother's, yeah, the

deadly kind)

2/3 C beet sugar

2/3 tsp cinnamon

Combine the 1/3 C sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in a small bowl. Wash your kitchen

scissors. Cut the biscuits in half and in half again (into quarters). Roll them

into balls and roll them in the cinnamon & sugar mixture. Drop the finished

balls into a greased loaf pan.

Preheat the oven to 350. In a heavy sauce pan, melt the margarine. Add the sugar

and cinnamon. Cook until it bubbles and thickens. Be patient and make sure it

has thickened somewhat.

Pour the sauce over the balls. Bake for 28-30 min. Cool for 10 min (important)

then turn upside down on a plate.
