Guest guest Posted September 22, 2001 Report Share Posted September 22, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Pizza With Mozzarella, Olives, And Salsa Verde Recipe By : Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone, Deborah Madison, page 511 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pizza Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/4 recipe Pizza Dough 3 ounces mozzarella diced into small cubes 3 Roma or plum tomatoes seeded and diced 20 Nicoise olives -- pitted and chopped OR 10 Kalamata olives -- pitted and chopped Freshly milled pepper 1 teaspoon olive oil 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan 2 tablespoons Salsa Verde (see separate recipe) MAKES ONE 10-INCH PIZZA Preheat the oven to 500F. Roll the dough into a 10-inch circle, set it on a floured peel or pizza pan, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Combine the cheese, tomatoes, and olives and season with a little pepper and the olive oil. Spread this over the dough and bake on a stone or in the pan for 6 minutes.
