Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

2 bananas

1 cup sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

2 1/2 cups unbleached flour

2 1/2 cups rolled oats

1 cup raisins

1/2 cup carob chips -- (1/2 to 1)

1/2 cup apple sauce

Preheat oven to 350°

mix bananas, cinnamon, vanilla, apple sauce, and baking soda together in a bowl.

then mix in the flour and oats.

add raisins and chips. place on cookie sheet and the bigger the cookies are the

better they are. cook 10 to 15 minutes. Then eat.

it seems almost everytime i make these cookies i'm always out of some of the

ingrediants. so i've substituted with almost anything. I wouldn't recommend

using orange extract though. Also these cookies go over really well with large

groups and they seem to disappear rather quickly.
