Preheat the oven to 500F. Roll or stretch out the dough to make a 10-inch circle, place it on a floured peel or pizza pan and let it rest for 10 minutes. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge. Lay the mozzarella over the sauce and drizzle a little oil over all.
