Guest guest
I got this from a great little book by my friend Portia Little. It is called New England Seashore Recipes & Rhymes. I finally got to use my new LuLu Fig Balsamic Vinegar and it was worth every penny. So mild and wonderful. I used it on these and it was so delicious. * Exported from MasterCook * Roasted Sweet Onions Recipe By : New England Seashore Recipes & Rhymes by Portia Little Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Onions Side Dish Vegetarian Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 med sweet onions (to large) olive oil flavored cooking spray salt and pepper -- to taste 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar -- * see note Preheat oven to 350°F.
