Nearly Instant " Beefy " Chili

1 12-16 oz package soy " crumbles "

1 16 oz jar tomato salsa -- (mild or hot, as preferred)

2 16 oz cans pinto beans -- drained & rinsed

1 cup frozen corn kernels -- thawed

1 teaspoon ground cumin

 

Combine all the ingredients with 1/2 cup of water in a soup pot or steep-sided

stir-fry pan. Bring to a simmer, cover, and simmer gently over medium-low heat

for 15 minutes. Serve in shallow bowls.
