Guest guest Posted September 9, 2001 Report Share Posted September 9, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook Mac * Herb Focaccia Recipe By : Mr. Food's Italian Kitchen by Art Ginsburg Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Breads Italian Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound frozen bread dough -- thawed 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 1/8 teaspoon salt Preheat the oven to 450F. using your fingertips or the heels of your hands, spread the dough to cover the bottom of a 10 " x 15 " rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Prick the dough 15 to 20 times with a fork and brush with the oil. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the dough.
