Guest guest Posted September 8, 2001 Report Share Posted September 8, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook Mac * Tuscan Bread Salad Recipe By : Mr. Food's Italian Kitchen by Art Ginsburg Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Italian Salads & Dressings Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 10 medium ripe plum tomatoes -- cut into wedges 3 medium cucumbers, peeled -- thinly sliced 1/2 red onion -- thinly sliced 5 1/2 ounces seasoned croutons 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and croutons. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper; pour over the vegetables and croutons.
