Guest guest Posted September 7, 2001 Report Share Posted September 7, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Chocolate and Coffee Cheesecake Recipe By :James Mays Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Crust: 3 cups Rice Krispies 1/2 cup melted margarine 2 tablespoons sugar 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Filling: 24 ounces silken tofu 10 ounces chocolate chips 1/3 cup cold coffee 3 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons canola oil Crust: Preheat oven to 350F. Combine everything in the food processor and press into a 9-inch pie plate. Set aside. Filling: Run everything through the food processor, in batches if necessary. If needed, add just enough water to make the mixture creamy. Trowel into the pie crust and bake for 30 minutes. Chill and serve.
