Guest guest Posted September 6, 2001 Report Share Posted September 6, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Black Bean Burritos Recipe By : The Cooking Cardiologist, by Richard Collins, page 60 Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Beans And Legumes Sandwiches Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 fat-free flour tortillas 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese garlic powder -- to taste 15 ounces canned Edensoy Organic Black Soy Beans -- drained 1 bunch green onions -- chopped fine 4 tablespoons salsa sauce 3/4 cup nonfat cheddar cheese -- shredded Serving Size: 4 Divide cream cheese equally onto the 4 tortillas, spread evenly over the tortillas. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Divide the drained beans equally onto the tortillas, then layer with chopped onion, salsa sauce and shredded cheese. Roll up each tortilla, (I use cocktail picks to hold them in rolls) and wrap each one in plastic wrap to keep them from drying out. Great lunch treat!
