Russian Tea

6 cups water

3/4 cup sugar

6 tea bags

1 lemon -- thinly sliced

6 cups orange juice

46 ounces pineapple juice

 

In a large pot, combine the water, sugar, tea bags,

and lemon; bring to a boil over medium-high heat and

allow to boil for 2 minutes. Remove and discard the

tea bags. Add the orange juice and pineapple juice

and return to a oil. Serve hot in individual cups or

glasses.

NOTES : Garnish each serving with an orange slice or a

wedge of fresh pineapple.
