Guest guest Posted September 4, 2001 Report Share Posted September 4, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Vege Fuel Oatmeal Recipe By : The Cooking Cardiologist, by Richard Collins, page 57 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Breakfast Grains And Cereals Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2/3 cup oatmeal 1 1/4 cups cold water 2 scoops Vege Fuel (Twinlab Protein Powder) 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamon 4 packets Equal sweetener 1/4 teaspoon salt Serving Size: 1 Pour the water into a saucepan and add the Vege Fuel. Mix well with a wire whisk until all lumps are gone. Add the oatmeal and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Once the mixture starts to thicken, cover the pot and turn off the heat. Let the oatmeal steep undisturbed for 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
