Guest guest Posted September 4, 2001 Report Share Posted September 4, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Baked Soy and Oat Patties Recipe By :James Mays Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup cooked soybeans 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 1 garlic clove -- chopped 5/8 cup rolled oats -- uncooked Preheat oven to 350F. Combine everything, except the oats, in a food processor and combine. Remove from processor and mix in the oats. Let stand for ten minutes to absorb liquid. Drop from tablespoon onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for ten minutes or uuntil nicely browned. Turn and repeat on other side. Serve with tomato sauce.
