They are not vegetarian, but I am finding a lot of great recipes in them that either are veg or can be easily converted with vegetable broth. This first bunch is from a couple of Mr. Food cookbooks. Please note that I do not change Worcestershire sauce to vegetarian Worcestershire sauce in my recipes. I am aware that it " can " be not vegetarian, but I buy one that is. Please do not email me about this. If it offends you, you do not have to download my recipes. I hope that didn't seem rude, I just don't want an inbox full of complaints. Thanks!
