Guest guest Posted September 3, 2001 Report Share Posted September 3, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Spinach-Cheese Bake Recipe By : The Cooking Cardiologist, by Richard Collins, page 55 Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Breakfast Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 ounces fat-free shredded cheddar cheese 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach thawed and well-drained 2 cups fat-free cottage cheese 3/4 cup Egg Beaters -- (egg substitute) 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder 2 ounces fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese salt and pepper -- to taste Serving Size: 4 Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all the ingredients except mozzarella cheese in a large bowl, mix well. Pour into a baking dish lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until set. Allow casserole to cool 10 minutes before serving.
