I usually alternate egg salad, the tuna clone, meatloaf leftovers, (meatless), and I but IVES lunch meat alot and make bologna, ham clone with slices of cheese sandwiches, and oh yea, peanut butter and jam. I am looking for hearty meaty kind of sandwiches and ones I can maybe make enough for 3 or 4 for us for a week, (every couple of days) Also, anyone make a good old fashioned meatloaf clone using Gimme Lean or Boca burgers? On About.com I put in my meatloaf recipe. I just use half a Gimme Lean pkge (beef) and a IVES crumbles pkge (beef) and use Betty Crocker recipe for regular meatloaf. I up the spices tho.
