Carob and Peanut Butter Pie

2 cups malt-sweetened carob chips*

1 1/2 cups carob-flavored soy milk**

3/4 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup soy milk powder

1 tablespoon vanilla

garnish:

walnut halves

coconut

1 9-inch graham cracker crumb pie crust

 

Combine everything, except the garnish and crust, in a food processor until

smooth. Using a spatula, trowel mixture into crust. Chill three hours, garnish

and serve.

* Chatfield brand is the best I've found.

** works fine with plain of chocolate flavored soy milk.
