Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

8 ounces brewer's yeast

1/2 cup tomato juice

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons Postum, dry powder *

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon celery salt

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender. In a heavy pot cook on medium heat. Stir

constantly until dark and thick. Pour into a 20 oz mason jar, cover with a good

Ball lid and ring. Store in the refrigerator.

* any cereal coffee will do.
