Lazy-V Ranch Dressing

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup water

1 cup silken tofu

1/2 cup soy milk powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1 1/4 teaspoons celery salt

pinch basil

pinch dill

pinch oregano

 

Blend everything in a blender, pour into a bowl, and add lemon juice to taste.

Refrigerate.
