Me and Soy Chips

I am kind of having a hard time being a vegetarian. I always was and still

am a very picky eater. and for some reason I don't like to try new things.

But I told myself that if I want to give this a shot I'll have to try new

foods. So last night I had some Gimme Lean Ground 'meat' with my spaghetti.

It was icky I know a lot of people recommend Gimme Lean but I couldn't

eat it. And I keep hearing from my boyfriend (he's a chef and knows a lot

of nutritional info) that vegetarians need special vitamins and he keeps

telling me the only place to get protien is meat. He suggested I should eat

meat only once in awhile. I rarely ate meat even before I decided to become

a vegetarian (well except for those 2 months where I ate cheesesteaks 5

days a week.) But I really want to not eat any meat at all. But I also

want to be healthy. I can't cook and even tho my boyf is a chef he works

all the time. So I need suggestions. Like if you were or know someone who

was a picky eater and then went vegetarian... Anything that you think could

help me out. Thanx

Also I found these chips today in Acme. They are Soya King brand Soy Chips.

There was a bunch of different flavors like BBQ, taco and sour cream and

onion. I don't think they are vegan because they have cheese powder. The

ingrediants for the sour cream and onion chips are:

Soybeans, corn starch, canola oil, dried onion, cheese powder (milk

culture, salt, enzymes), salt, natural flavor, citric acid, dried wheat,

parsley, caramel powder, lactic acid and chives. Just thought you would

like to know.
