Add butter. In a small bowl, beat together banana, butter, egg, and milk. Make a well in the flour mixture; pour liquid into it. Stir gently with a fork until moistened. Drop mixture onto a greased cookie sheet by spoonfuls. Bake at 400ºF for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Serve plain or with butter.
