Chicken Fajitas

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 tablespoons canola oil

1 medium onion -- sliced

1 medium green bell pepper -- sliced

1 12.5 oz can Worthington FriChik -- drained and sliced

1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms -- stems removed

1/4 cup water

1 1.12 oz package fajita seasoning mix

6 10-inch flour tortillas

 

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the onion and green pepper in oil.

When they are almost tender, add mushrooms; continue cooking until tender. Add

FriChik; heat through. Add 1/4 cup of water and then fajita mix. Continue

cooking for 3 more minutes. Mixture will thicken. Serve with warm tortillas.
