Guest guest Posted August 28, 2001 Report Share Posted August 28, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Chicken Fajitas Recipe By :Adventist International Cookbook, Debby Shabo Wade Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : The Adventist Kitchen Series Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 tablespoons canola oil 1 medium onion -- sliced 1 medium green bell pepper -- sliced 1 12.5 oz can Worthington FriChik -- drained and sliced 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms -- stems removed 1/4 cup water 1 1.12 oz package fajita seasoning mix 6 10-inch flour tortillas In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the onion and green pepper in oil. When they are almost tender, add mushrooms; continue cooking until tender. Add FriChik; heat through. Add 1/4 cup of water and then fajita mix. Continue cooking for 3 more minutes. Mixture will thicken. Serve with warm tortillas.
