Basil-Tomato Salad Provencal

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons lemon juice

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 large tomatoes -- chopped

1 small onion -- chopped

2 tablespoons basil leaves -- minced

1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon rosemary

1/2 teaspoon sugar

 

In a medium bowl combine and whisk mustard and juice. Add the rest of the

ingredients and stir gently to combine. Ready to serve or refrigerate for two

hours for flavors to mingle.
