Shredded Cabbage and Carrot Salad

3 cups shredded cabbage (about 1/2 large head)

2 carrots -- shredded (about 1 cup)

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons nonfat yogurt

1 tablespoon prepared mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon celery seed

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

or ground black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon lemon juice

 

Mix all and chill before serving.
