Guest guest Posted August 27, 2001 Report Share Posted August 27, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Zesty Tempeh Casserole Recipe By :James Mays Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 10 ounces noodles 1/2 pound tempeh 2 tablespoons miso 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/2 pound tempeh -- diced 1/3 cup soy milk 3 green onions -- chopped Preheat oven to 350F. Cook the noodles until tender in water and drain. In a food processor combine 1/2 pound tempeh, miso, lemon juice, and vegetable oil. In a large bowl combine the noodles, tempeh/miso mixture, diced tempeh, soy milk, and green onions. Pour into a greased Pyrex baking dish. Dot the top of the casserole with margarine, cover and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
