Cashew Chew

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cups cashew pieces

2 cups cooked rice

1 cup crushed crackers

1 cup vanilla soy milk

3 tablespoons sesame oil

3 tablespoons Marmite yeast extract spread

3 tablespoons dried parsley

1 teaspoon sage

2 onions -- chopped

2 egg replacers

 

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine everything in a large bowl. Pour mixture into

greased casserole dish, cover with lid or foil. Bake for 1 hour.
