Laurentian Loaf

1 1/2 cups soft tofu

1 cup tomato -- diced

1 cup oats -- raw

1/2 cup parsley -- chopped

1/3 cup tamari soy sauce

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons garlic -- minced

1 onion -- chopped

 

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine everything together in a large bowl. Pour into a

greased 8-inch-square Pyrex dish and bake for 1 hour.
