Guest guest Posted August 24, 2001 Report Share Posted August 24, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Vegetable Pasta Primavera Recipe By :James Mays Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 cups water 4 vegetable bouillon cubes 1 1/2 cups soy milk 4 tablespoons arrowroot powder 1/4 cup canola oil 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets 1 1/2 cups carrots -- thinly sliced 1 cup celery -- diced 1 1/2 cups onions -- chopped 1 1/2 cups cauliflower 1 cup fresh peas 1 garlic clove -- minced Make the white sauce first. In a blender, blend first 4 ingredients. Pour white sauce into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Remove from stove. In a large frying pan, saute the rest of the ingredients. Remove from heat. In a large bowl combine white sauce with vegetables. Serve over pasta.
