Guest guest Posted August 23, 2001 Report Share Posted August 23, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook Mac * Grilled Tempeh Recipe By : Heart of the Home, Ann Jackson (1995) p63 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Soyfoods Grill Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 blocks of tempeh or tofu -- to 3 - sliced and marinated in: 1 cup tamari soy sauce -- mixed with 1 cup water 1 tablespoon dry mustard 2 cloves garlic -- smashed 1/4 cup bourbon 3 tablespoons molasses Lightly saute the tempeh or tofu first in a little oil and tamari, then marinate for about 2 hours. Lay over hot coals, keep basting, and turn when necessary.
