Baked Tofu

Greetings All:

 

We like the baked tofu that's available already prepared in the store, i.e. it's

already marinated and baked. However when I try to make it a home it never seems

to turn out the same. I'd appreciate some guidelines or techniques that have

worked for some other people to make good baked tofu slices that can then be

used in sandwiches or whatever.
