We were hungry and had packed a lunch, so we pulled out our sandwiches and started to eat. The guy in the passenger seat turned around and I asked him if he wanted a bite of my sandwich. " What kind is it? " he asked suspiciously. " It's tahini and honey with raisins on whole wheat. " Before I could eat another bite the guy grabbed my sandwich and threw it out the window. " Nobody should have to eat something like that! " . he said. I appreciated his spontaneous honesty. With nothing to drink it had been a pretty cloggy sandwich anyway...but please don't be afraid to try something new once in a while. If you didn't try new food now and then you'd still be eating pablum. _____
