Hot And Spicy Horseradish/Mustard Spread

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 cloves garlic -- chopped

3 tablespoons horseradish

8 ounces Mori-Nu Lite Firm Silken Tofu

2 teaspoons mustard

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon soy sauce -- low sodium

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

salt -- to taste

2 tablespoons water -- up to 4

 

Serving Size: 12

 

In a food processor or blender, blend chopped garlic and horseradish

well. Add remaining ingredients, except water, and blend again, scrape

down sides of processor, as necessary. Add water slowly as needed, until

mixture reaches a creamy, spreadable consistency. Serve with pretzels as a

dip or serve over a hot baked potato. Wonderful.

 

Makes 1 1/2 cups.
