Guest guest Posted August 22, 2001 Report Share Posted August 22, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 Graham cracker crust. 21 oz Firm Silken Tofu 1 cup Melted Vegan Chocolate 1 ripe bananas -- (1 to 2) 3/4 cup peanut butter 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional) In a food processor, blend the tofu, chocolate and peanut butter. Add the maple syrup if you would like but it's plenty rich without it. Line the pie crust with sliced ripe banana. Pour the tofu mixture into the crust. Chill for at least 2 hours.
