Dill Dip

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

10 1/2 ounces Mori-Nu Lite firn silken tofu

1/8 cup lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoons dillweed

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Beau Monde Seasoning

 

Serving Size: 12

 

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until

smooth. Spoon the dip into serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until

serving time.

 

Helpful Hint: Can be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator for best

flavor.

 

Nutritional analysis: Calories 12, Fat 0.1, Cholesterol 0, Carbohydrate

0.6, Protein 0.5, Sodium 95.
