Polynesian Sweet & Sour

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 28 oz can tomatoes

1 green bell pepper -- chopped

1 red bell pepper -- chopped

1 14 oz can pineapple tidbits

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon onion salt

1 pound Gluten Critters -- diced

 

In a large pot, combine all ingredients and simmer approximately 30 minutes.

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Stir until thickened. Serve on brown rice.
