Heat, then chop up soy-sages and add to oil with onion and garlic. let cook a few minutes, then add bell pepper. If your noodles aren't already cooked, put your water on and let them cook now. When noodles are done, drain and add to skillet with peppers and onions. Toss gently but try not to stir. Add a few pats of butter now if you want to and some fresh chopped parsley if it's on hand. Cover, turn down, and let heat through. It shouldn't take long. Add salt and pepper and toss again to mix evenly. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Per serving (excluding unknown items): 108 Calories; 1g Fat (5% calories from fat); 4g Protein; 25g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 9mg Sodium Food Exchanges: 4 Vegetable NOTES : I can't emphasize how good this is or how easy it is to prepare. If you can't find soy-sage or don't want to use it, substitute fresh green peas.
