Guest guest Posted August 20, 2001 Report Share Posted August 20, 2001 * Exported from MasterCook * Banana Bread Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/3 cup sweetener (dry) 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup oil 2 tablespoons soy powder & 3 tablespoons water 2 cups ripe banana -- mashed 2 1/2 cups pastry flour -- sifted 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons baking soda -- sifted 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup walnuts -- chopped 1/2 cup raisins -- chopped In a large bowl, combine the sweeteners, oil, soy mixture, and mashed bananas. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients, then add to liquid mixture. Transfer mixture into an oiled loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 1 hour. Test with a toothpick.
